15. Details can be changed:

(1) If someone wants to change any details mentioned in the license and permit, he/she should submit an application to the Ministry in the format as per Schedule-7 along with a fee of five hundred rupees.

Explanation: For the purpose of this rule. "Details" means general details such as name, surname, address mentioned in the license or permit.

(2) According to sub-rule (1), the ministry may change the details as per the application if the processing of the application given to change the details is reasonable.
